What are the benefits of signing up?

Registration allows you to be recognized by the system and to access your personal area of the site, from which you can:
- View your order history
- Check the shipment status of your orders
- Change your registration details
You can register by clicking the "Sign up" option in the top right. You will be asked to enter an email address and select a password. It is important to enter a valid e-mail address because it will be used to send your order confirmation, the expected availability times, the shipment of goods and other useful information about your order.

Can I returns items that I'm not satisfied with?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 10 working days.
To request a return, please contact us at ordini@plinio-visona.it. Returns are only accepted for undamaged items. The right of return does not apply to orders in which an invoice with a VAT number has been requested.
What should I do if any part of my order arrives damaged?

If you have received a damaged item, please report it to us using the e-mail address ordini@plinio-visona.it, specifying the problem encountered in as much detail as possible. We will contact you as soon as possible to give you all the necessary information.
